As a Cost Estimator you make cost calculations for the tender bids and collect relevant information from the production and engineering departments and/or from site visits. You work these data into clear budgets and cost estimates including a planning and work sequencing. Should it be necessary, we will support you while you get to know our industry. In addition you regularly consult with colleagues, the commercial manager of the project and clients, about cost estimates, chances and risks in the execution of the project. This job will require you to spend short periods of time (a few days to a week) abroad on a regular basis.
Do you have a higher professional or university degree in Civil Engineering, Coastal Construction or Offshore Engineering? Do you also have a minimum of seven years of relevant work experience in cost estimation and the execution of projects? Do you have strong analytical (mathematical) powers, commercial skills and are you a systematic worker? Do you speak English fluently? If so, then we encourage you to apply for this position.
